Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your device settings. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
No. Crisis support should never have a paywall. SOS Mode, including breathing exercises, grounding techniques, validation, and the wait timer, will always be free.
Your episode data is never deleted. If you downgrade to Free, you'll still see your existing episodes but won't be able to log new ones beyond the 10-episode limit. Pattern Intelligence results are preserved but won't update.
