Outspiral

Is Outspiral on Android?

Not yet. Outspiral is on iPhone and iPad today, and Android is on the roadmap.

We build based on demand we can measure, not guesses. If you want Outspiral on your Android phone, the waitlist below is the single most effective thing you can do about it.

One email at launch, nothing else. Every signup is also a vote that moves Android up the roadmap.

While you wait

Everything Outspiral teaches lives in the open on our blog: what RSD actually is, grounding techniques that work in the moment, and the 20-minute rule for riding out the worst of a spiral. No app required.

Android questions

Not yet. Outspiral is available today on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. An Android version is on the roadmap, and the size of the waitlist is one of the main signals that decides how soon it gets built.

We have not committed to a date, and we would rather not invent one. Outspiral is built by a very small team, and a real Android app (not a low-quality wrapper) takes months of focused work. Joining the waitlist is the most direct way to make it happen sooner, and the only email you will get is the launch announcement.

That is the plan: SOS Mode, episode journaling, Pattern Intelligence, and the toolkit, built natively for Android rather than a thin port. SOS Mode and the core grounding tools will be free on Android exactly as they are on iOS. Crisis support never goes behind a paywall.

The blog is free and covers the same ground the app is built on: what RSD is, why rejection hits so hard with ADHD, grounding techniques you can use anywhere, and the 20-minute rule for riding out emotional spikes. If you have any Apple device, including an iPad, the full app works there today.
