Outspiral is a self-support tool designed to help users understand and navigate rejection sensitivity and related emotional experiences. It is not a medical device as defined by any regulatory body, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any equivalent authority.
Outspiral has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory agency for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.
Not a Diagnostic Tool
The App does not diagnose Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or any other medical or mental health condition. Features such as Pattern Intelligence, episode logging, and intensity tracking are intended for personal self-awareness only and should not be interpreted as clinical assessments.
Not a Replacement for Professional Treatment
Outspiral is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice. The App is designed to complement, not replace, the guidance of qualified mental health professionals.
- Do not use Outspiral as your sole means of managing a mental health condition
- Do not delay seeking professional help because of anything you read or experience in the App
- Do not discontinue prescribed medication or treatment based on information from the App
